Calculate and create emission allocation quotas
Overharmonic distortion is an increasing problem all over the world. The level of distortion allowed is regulated by the national authorities based on an international standard, EN 50160 or similar. The emission allocation software tool Støy help DSOs to efficiently set emission limits based on IEC 61000-3-6, -3-7 and -3-13. The tool includes simplified network modelling features. 2 years after release, the tool has helped nearly 200 users to prevent overharmonicdistortion in their network proactively. This poster shows how the tool has been improved to a more flexible and robust calculation tool based on user's feedback.
